Job summary

Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Consulting Project Manager to deliver billable IT and technical project management services for government initiatives. The role is client-facing, requires independent management of projects, and leadership of small technical teams with federal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include planning, executing projects, maintaining documentation, and ensuring contract performance while upholding high customer satisfaction and utilization targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or Engineering.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• PMI-ACP/SAFe/Scrum certifications a plus.
• Experience with federal IT governance and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver billable project management services to government IT and technical initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end project management across the full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project documents (charters, plans, schedules, risks, communications).
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate client meetings.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Assist with tool/template improvements and project delivery standards.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to staffing discussions.
