Job summary

Indigo Beam Consulting in Houston/Remote is seeking a Delivery and Portfolio Manager to lead complex client engagements and guide a small team of PMs. This is a hands-on delivery role with delivery standards across the portfolio.

Ideal candidate has extensive experience in a major consulting firm serving enterprise clients in the U.S., with Agile/Scrum delivery and Microsoft ecosystem expertise. You will work across application development, AI initiatives, systems integration, and IT integration

Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience in IT consulting.
7+ years leading complex, client-facing engagements.
Experience delivering with Microsoft Azure/.NET/Power Platform.
Hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery from a PM perspective.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with distributed teams across time zones.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Personally lead 2-3 complex client engagements end-to-end.
Lead Agile delivery using Azure DevOps; write user stories, sprints, velocity, capacity.
Drive planning, requirements gathering, discovery, shaping.
Identify risks, remove obstacles, manage scope, schedule, budget, quality.
Coach 2-3 project managers and set delivery standards.
Communicate with C-level stakeholders and client/technical teams.
