Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions is seeking an IT Manager to join the Corporate IT team, leading Business Analysts and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on delivering value-driven IT initiatives, aligning with business goals, and guiding Agile delivery across projects.

The position supports multiple U.S. offices including Canton, MA, with remote options nationwide, and offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration or related field.
• 7-10 years IT and business/industry experience.
• Proven success in leading, coaching, and developing teams in dynamic environments including Business Analysts.
• Advanced understanding of IT applications and technologies.
• Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools and modern IT delivery practices.
• Experience with AI-driven solutions (ChatGPT, RPA, predictive analytics) and integrating automation.
• Experience with Business Analyst and Underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of Business Analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Lead backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and requirements discovery.
• Build strong relationships with senior and operating level business leaders, customers and vendors.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve processes and tools.
• Coach and mentor direct reports in technical knowledge, project delivery and agile practices.
• Set strategic direction and empower teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Champion agile principles and remove barriers to value-driven outcomes.
• Ensure technology initiatives align with business goals and lead change management.
• Communicate project progress to senior IT and business leadership.
• Participate in governance and initiative review teams.
