Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS or related field; on-the-job training is recognized.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Experience in Property Casualty or Specialty Insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to discussions with product owners and agile team members to understand requirements.
• Participate in the SDLC; assist with analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation.
• Learn and follow company standards in an agile environment.
• Convert user stories into programmable solutions.
• Document and communicate project progress with the agile team.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner.
