Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and end-user support. This role leads a small IT team while hands-on with administration and support.

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft technologies experience, network and endpoint management, cloud-based identity, and project leadership with a focus on continuous improvement of IT operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience including infrastructure and end-user tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related field required.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and security best practices.
• Experience mentoring a small IT team and leading projects.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user tech.
• Lead and mentor a small IT team and provide technical direction.
• Administer Windows Server environments and Entra ID.
• Administer Intune for device management and security.
• Manage Cisco Meraki network infrastructure and security solutions.
• Maintain endpoint security with Defender and related tools.
• Establish IT security practices, patching, and access controls.
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts; ensure business continuity.
• Manage IT assets, licensing, and vendor relations.
• Lead IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and policy development.
