Partner Company is seeking an IT Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of enterprise business applications in a remote work environment across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and SAP SuccessFactors.

You will supervise a team of Business Analysts and Developers, govern applications, drive integrations, ensure security and performance, and partner with stakeholders and vendors on planning through execution.

Competenze

5+ years in enterprise applications or IT application support.
5+ years of leadership or managerial experience with team oversight.
Experience managing development, implementation, enhancement, integration, and data migration projects.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform (architecture, governance, security, licensing).
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint architecture, and 365 administration.

Mansioni

Lead, mentor, and manage Business Analysts and Developers with performance and workload oversight.
Act as IT partner for enterprise applications, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors and partners.
Oversee end-to-end application delivery: planning, budgeting, resources, risk, implementation and post-deployment support.
