Job summary

PaxSigna, a division of Lennor Group, is looking for an IT Manager – Central Applications to lead delivery, governance, and improvement of enterprise applications including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and SAP SuccessFactors. You will mentor analysts and developers, partner with vendors, and ensure secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications or IT application support.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity, including team management and delivery oversight.
• Proven experience in managing application development, implementation, enhancement, integration, and data migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Platform, including governance, security, and licensing.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, change management, and project delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and project resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage Business Analysts and Developers, overseeing team performance and professional development.
• Serve as the primary IT partner for enterprise business applications and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee end-to-end application project delivery including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and post-deployment support.
• Manage delivery, administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, especially SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure applications and integrations are secure, scalable, reliable, and compliant with IT governance.
• Oversee application support, integrations, data migration, change management, and operational performance.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and support IT programs.
• Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners to ensure service delivery.
• Establish governance, standards, and performance management for applications.
