INSPYR Solutions is seeking an IT M&A Integration Systems Engineer to provide hands-on endpoint and application support during mergers and acquisitions integrations, including unfamiliar software used by acquired businesses. The role operates with minimal onboarding and supervision, often handling migrations and integration tasks.

You will manage Windows workstations and servers, test deployments, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with Service Desk, Security, Infra, and Apps

Qualifications

• Experience with M&A integrations and endpoint support.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal onboarding and contribute quickly.

Responsabilités

• Manage Windows workstations, servers, and apps; resolve deployment issues.
• Test software packages and updates; verify deployment success.
• Root cause analysis with log collection; escalate when needed.
• Support deployments, domain cutovers, migrations; track progress and report.
• Maintain runbooks and documentation; improve processes.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, Infra, and Apps teams.
