Anthropic’s Corporate Systems team leads IT for acquisitions, handling due diligence, integration planning, and hands-on migration of people, devices, and data. You’ll write code, automate processes, and coordinate with Security, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to close gaps and secure the stack.

Your work spans before and after close, with Claude-driven automation for repeatable diligence tasks, and continued contribution to broader Corporate Systems initiatives as the M&A workload fluctuates.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years hands-on engineering in corporate IT.
• Experience with identity, applications, endpoints, and infrastructure.
• Experience administering enterprise collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, SSO).

Aufgaben

• Lead IT due diligence for acquisitions, briefing the deal team on risk and effort.
• Define the technical integration plan and its requirements for day one readiness.
• Execute the integration, migrate people/devices/data, and retire unused systems.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, Finance and Corporate Development on each integration.
• Build a repeatable IT M&A playbook and automate repeatable tasks with Claude.
• Contribute to core Corporate Systems projects when M&A work is light.
