Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years IT/IS and/or business experience.
• Experience managing timelines, gathering requirements, and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT systems, processes, and teams during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
• Liaise between acquiring and target organizations and the IT M&A team to identify opportunities for technology enablement.
• Communicate clearly between business stakeholders and IT teams to drive alignment.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive IT integration plans with roadmaps and timelines.
• Manage budgets for IT integration projects ensuring cost-effectiveness and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory risks associated with IT integration.
