Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior IT leader to own the IT side of M&A, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-close migrations. You will administer and automate across identity, devices, and infrastructure, collaborating with Security, Legal, and Finance to close gaps and land new acquisitions on Anthropic’s stack.

You will write code, run cutovers, and drive the playbook while also contributing to ongoing Corporate Systems priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on engineer in corporate IT with end-to-end project ownership.
• Experience evaluating identity, applications, endpoints, and infrastructure in due diligence.
• Proficient in Python or similar for SaaS APIs.
• Ability to assess unfamiliar IT environments and communicate risk to non-specialists.
• Experience leading cross-team IT M&A projects and executing buildouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical IT due diligence for potential acquisitions.
• Identify gaps between acquired environments and Anthropic security model.
• Define and manage technical integration plan and day-one readiness.
• Execute integration: admin, migration of people/devices/data, retire legacy systems.
• Collaborate with Business Technology, Client Platform, Corporate Network, IT Operations, Security.
• Keep stakeholders across Corporate Development, Legal, People, Finance informed.
• Develop repeatable IT M&A playbook and automate with Claude.
• Contribute to other Corporate Systems projects when M&A workload is light.
