• Portfolio & Process Governance: Own outage execution process and its applications; oversee performance and optimization of outage workflows.
• Field Operations & Readiness: Lead IT equipment provisioning, site connectivity, and deployment protocols to ensure field teams are site-ready.
• Strategic Productivity & Innovation: Lead programs to increase field productivity, drive AI-enabled data access, and manage end-to-end solution delivery.
• Stakeholder & Customer Impact: Align IT initiatives to outage milestones and collaborate with operations and field service leaders to deliver required technology.
