Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a remote Outage Readiness & Job Completion Leader to drive global adoption of outage readiness standards, lead FSRR 2.0 deployment, and govern field execution improvements. You will partner with Regional Service Managers, Project Managers, Quality Leaders, and Field Engineers to boost readiness, quality, and customer satisfaction across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Controls experience, or HS diploma with 10+ years.
• 4+ years with GE Control Products and Mark VIe systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global adoption of FSRR 2.0 and outage readiness processes.
• Establish outage readiness scorecards and execution health metrics.
• Drive closure of regional readiness actions and execution gaps.
• Own service execution handoff and job completion governance.
• Lead Smart Checklist implementation and continuous improvement.
• Review site escapes and execution quality issues.
