Job summary

GE Vernova's Gas Power group seeks a seasoned Contract Performance Manager to lead outage planning and customer engagement on projects near Madison, MS. You will own the client relationship, coordinate GE Vernova and customer meetings, and drive value through planning, scheduling, and execution of outages and related commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher; 5+ years in the power generation/Outage management field.
• Minimum 5 years of knowledge and experience in power plant field services and/or outage management.
• Role located in the greater Madison, Ridgeland, Jackson, MS area; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local liaison between internal/external organizations for assigned customer(s) near Madison, MS.
• Own the customer relationship and contribute to the overall business strategy and growth.
• Develop and own site customer communication plan, coordinate GE Vernova/customer meetings, review items and new products/services for value.
• Oversee outage planning, parts planning, quotes, orders, and invoicing for parts as applicable.
• Manage outage planning and execution, Change Orders, and customer invoicing and collections.
• Act as Customer Advocate within GE Vernova and lead emergent outage resolution.
• Ensure safe outage execution in line with GE Vernova Life Saving Rules.
