Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an Outage Readiness & Job Completion Leader to drive global readiness, fix gaps, and govern field execution across regions. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, OT Cyber Security, and Commercial teams to improve outage preparedness, job closure, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in Controls or a high school diploma with 10+ years of experience, plus hands-on GE Control Products and Mark VIe experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years Controls experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 10 years Controls experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with GE Control Products and Mark VIe systems in Services, Engineering, Commercial Operations, Project Management, or Field Execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global adoption of FSRR 2.0 and outage readiness processes.
• Establish outage readiness scorecards and execution health metrics.
• Drive closure of regional readiness actions and execution gaps.
• Develop operational dashboards supporting outage readiness and field quality KPIs.
