Job summary

SkyBridge Luxury is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead a major technology implementation and oversee ongoing management of a sophisticated, multi-platform IT environment in a remote capacity.

The ideal candidate will drive complex systems integrations, coordinate multiple vendors, and ensure reliable, scalable technology operations across hospitality, financial, and guest-facing platforms while collaborating with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of IT leadership experience in hospitality or complex environments.
• Proven success implementing and integrating multiple technology platforms across vendors.
• Hands-on expertise in systems architecture, infrastructure and network management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout, integration, testing, and optimization of multiple interconnected technology platforms.
• Oversee interoperability of hospitality management, operational, financial, and guest-facing systems.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across software, networks, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Provide remote technical leadership, direction, and troubleshooting support to an onsite IT resource.
• Manage third-party technology vendors, service providers, and implementation partners.
• Oversee network infrastructure, connectivity, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and system reliability.
• Support integrations involving audiovisual systems, building automation, access controls, and property technologies.
• Develop technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and processes for long-term efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure tech solutions support business objectives and service delivery.
