Job summary

Remote Jobs seeks a Director of Systems to oversee core technology platforms across the portfolio, guiding day-to-day administration, vendor relations, and optimization to support finance, procurement, reporting, and expense management.

The role leads a small team, enforces governance and security, coordinates system implementations, and collaborates with leadership to plan a forward-looking systems roadmap. Occasional travel to properties may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in systems administration, financial systems, or technology operations.
• Experience managing BI platforms, accounting software, procurement/purchasing systems, and expense management platforms.
• Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and technology contracts.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide systems, BI platform, accounting software, purchasing and expense platforms.
• Ensure system availability, data integrity, and performance; resolve issues proactively.
