Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in solution development and support; supervisory experience.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and matrix management.

Responsibilities

• Participates in solution development and system repair tasks, including requirements gathering, design specifications, developing solutions, testing, training, implementation coordination and issue management.
• Leads cross-functional project planning, implementation and completion; provides status reports to management.
• Manages project schedules, analyzes variances and ensures successful completion.
• Interacts with clients to formulate project design and implementation requirements and align initiatives with business goals.
• Monitors staffing levels and production expectations to meet needs.
• Collaborates with vendors to resolve product issues and defines SLAs; escalates major issues as needed.
• Provides status updates to end-user management and stakeholders.
• Promotes research into new technologies to offer solutions for requirements.
• Performs HR responsibilities including interviewing, development and performance evaluations.
• Develops operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved objectives.
