• Elite negotiation skills and ability to explain complex field service logistics to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, lead-source, and qualify new business opportunities within IT infrastructure and field services.
• Consult with potential clients to understand hardware and deployment needs, proposing tailored solutions.
• Attend project management and kickoff meetings to ensure technical delivery aligns with client scope.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to identify recurring service needs and refresh cycles.
• Manage pipeline and sales activity within CRM, providing regular updates on lead status and project alignment.
