Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Project Manager to support industrial projects with potential remote work after the initial training period. Training will occur at an approved industrial branch.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating with customers, vendors, and owners to ensure on-time delivery, and leading project meetings. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in industrial project management, strong detail orientation, and proficiency in Excel and PDF tooling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management.
• Strong attention to detail and quality output.
• Knowledge of PVF materials and processes.
• Ability to interpret and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts from inquiry to award date through project closeout.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and manage multiple project schedules.
• Monitor progress of construction activities.
• Lead calls with management to review site issues and schedules.
• Organize vendor meetings to provide updates on deliveries and timelines.
• Coordinate regular customer updates on all project aspects.
• Review and approve changes by customers or vendors and update scheduling.
