Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management (3–5 years preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and quality output.
• Knowledge of PVF materials and processes.
• Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.
• Strong organizational skills with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service oriented with leadership and negotiation skills; strong verbal and written communication.
• Team player with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and workflow efficiency of projects.
• Manage key customer accounts from inquiry to award through closeout.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and manage multiple project schedules.
• Monitor progress of construction activities.
• Lead management calls to review site issues and schedules.
• Organize regular vendor meetings with updates on deliveries and timelines.
• Coordinate scheduling updates and approve changes from customers or vendors.
