Job summary

Conduent is seeking an IT Project Manager (Infrastructure) to lead infrastructure implementation projects from planning through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution aligned with business goals.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources while applying PMO practices and governance. Remote work option available; salary range $111,573–$130,000 with potential bonus.

Qualifications

• Ten (10+) years’ experience managing infrastructure or IT projects.
• Solid PMO, SDLC and governance knowledge.
• Ability to apply project management methodologies and enforce standards.
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for multiple concurrent infrastructure projects with delivery plans.
• Adhere to PMO best practices and governance.
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures, milestones, and budgets.
• Lead scope, goals, and responsibilities to project team.
• Engage stakeholders and sponsors throughout the life cycle.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee technical personnel and coordinate resources.
• Prepare reports on project health, risk, issues, and budget.
• Collaborate with Tower Leads, Service Managers, Global Operations, and Suppliers.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
