Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead technology workstreams across its manufacturing and operations footprint. This remote role requires periodic travel to facilities in the U.S.

and abroad and will oversee projects from planning through execution. You will drive infrastructure initiatives for new plant builds, facility expansions, and post-acquisition migrations, coordinating across IT, Facilities, Cybersecurity, and third-party partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience leading enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
• Experience leading technology workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale transformations.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects for new plant construction, facility expansions, and growth initiatives.
• Manage technology integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions, including migration planning and transitions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT Infrastructure, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Cybersecurity, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Drive deployment of infrastructure technologies: networking, servers, cloud platforms, end-user computing, collaboration, and cybersecurity.
• Facilitate governance and provide status updates to senior leadership.
• Identify risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations; implement mitigations.
• Ensure operational readiness and handoff to support and business teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and system integrators.
