Advocate Health is offering a summer IT Internship in their People & Culture Workforce Development department. The role focuses on HRIS/IT basics, with exposure to IT configuration, deployments, and application support. Interns will work up to 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, during May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027.

Remote work is available for residents in specific states, including Idaho. No prior experience is required; applicants must be enrolled as a junior or senior and have a 2.5 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT team with hardware, software, and system maintenance.
• Research and troubleshoot IT-related issues and report findings to supervisors.
• Support call tracking system by recording interactions with users.
• Assist in preparing desktops, servers or applications for new deployments.
• Provide initial troubleshooting and basic problem resolution.
• Participate in data integrity reviews and reporting.
