Inspired Education Group is seeking an IT Support Technician to expand the IT department, supporting 400+ remote employees and 8,000+ students in a hands-on role within a growing online education provider. Salary is £26-£28k and dependent on experience.

The position primarily follows Middle-Eastern (GST) hours, which in UK time is typically 6am-3pm. This is a remote role with opportunities to improve IT services across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous IT support experience is essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot methodically and logically.
• Good administration/clerical skills for updating records.

Responsibilities

• Log, prioritise and resolve user requests using strong time management.
• IT hardware remote diagnosis.
• Support 400+ employees and 8,000+ students remotely.
• Support software packages such as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Connect; troubleshoot as needed.
• Escalate queries with internal Inspired IT or external vendors.
