Mavis Tire is hiring an IT Help Desk Technician for our White Plains, NY Operation Support Center. You will provide remote and on-site support, resolve hardware/software issues, and monitor systems to prevent outages.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Windows 11, macOS, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts; able to troubleshoot infrastructure, ISP connections, and hardware.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and MFA systems.
• Proven ability to guide non-technical staff through troubleshooting steps over the phone.
• Experience with Zebra mobile devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to stores and offices, handling hardware, software, and connectivity inquiries.
• Troubleshoot ISP outages and network config issues involving Sonicwall, PoE switches, and WAPs.
• Deploy, configure, and support equipment including thin clients, Zebra scanners/tablets, and security cameras.
• Collaborate with vendors for advanced remote support when needed.
• Perform user account management, including basic AD administration and MFA troubleshooting.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot local and network printers.
