Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT help desk support experience.
• Proficiency with laptops/desktops, OS, and hardware.
• Strong customer service skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to follow knowledge articles and guide customers via chat/phone/email.
• Able to handle multiple customers simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to US staff and CI customers.
• Manage user accounts and access to resources.
• Educate customers on self-service options and process tickets.
• Respond to emails and tickets in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on desktops/laptops.
• Assist with software deployment and test results.
