Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst - Associate to join our team in a remote capacity, with residency required in KY or IN. This role supports Baptist Health entities by diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network issues in a fast-paced helpdesk environment.

Under supervision, you will guide users through solutions, document steps, and escalate complex problems to second-level support using our helpdesk tools and ticketing system.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with one year of job-related experience or two years direct experience in a technology or healthcare support related role in lieu of degree.
• Prior healthcare support or healthcare customer support position preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience working in a customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide software, hardware, and network troubleshooting and problem resolution to all Baptist Health entities.
• Escalates issues to proper second-level support teams based on established guidelines and procedures using helpdesk software and tools.
• Clearly communicate solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
