Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Application Support Analyst - Senior to join our team in a hybrid role. The candidate will be onsite for training, support, and as needed, blending work from home with onsite direction from management.

Responsibilities include Epic and other 3rd party training and integration to improve patient care and operational efficiency. The role requires Epic Credentialing and experience with EpicCare Ambulatory, Beacon, ASAP, Cadence, Referrals, ADT, Beaker, and OnBase;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Clinical degree or two years healthcare experience in ambulatory settings.
• Epic Credentialing in all applications used in the medical group.
• Experience with Epic modules and related workflows.
• Minimal travel to other regions possible.

Summary Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for an Application Support Analyst - Senior to join our team! This is a hybrid position & candidate must be in or near the Baptist Health region. Candidate must be onsite for training, support, and at other times as needed. Balance between work from home and onsite directed by management based on needs. Under general direction, the Application Support Analyst is responsible for Epic and other 3rd party application training and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes for Baptist Health Medical Group and Epic Community Connect sites. This role ensures that all users are proficient in using Epic applications to enhance patient care and operational efficiency including data collection, workflow analysis, testing, training, system user personalization and ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve user issues and optimize system performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Clinical degree (MA, LPN, RN) or two years direct healthcare experience in patient registration, patient access, or billing/coding in an ambulatory setting, including but not limited to management/supervisor experience.
• Training in an adult learning setting, working in a physician practice setting preferred
• Epic Credentialing in all applications used in the medical group.
• EpicCare Ambulatory, Beacon, ASAP for UC, Research, Cadence, Referrals, ADT for UC, Beaker, and OnBase.
• Minimal travel to other regions possible.
