Baptist Health is looking for a Program Specialist Rev Cycle to join our team. This remote work position requires residency in KY or IN.

The Program Specialist is responsible for the IT programs/projects within assigned scope, with overall responsibility for the direction, scope, cost, schedule, quality, and success of the projects. The role involves coordinating all project activities: software/hardware implementation, training, optimization, business and IT tasks, internal communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Agile or SCRUM certification a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
• Membership in at least one professional organization is required (i.e. HIMSS, PMI, etc).
• Driver's license required.
