Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a Coding Business Analyst to organize, analyze, and present data related to Ambulatory Coding and Ambulatory CDI. This remote role requires residency in KY or IN and supports performance improvement initiatives.

The analyst will generate monthly reports and graphs, create templates for the Coding team, and provide technical assistance to the coding department, with occasional travel to facilities.

Qualifications

• Two years of job-related experience in healthcare analytics.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• HCC coding experience preferred.
• Technical Diploma; Certification or degree in Health Information Technology, Data Analytics or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares data and graphs for various monthly presentations. Formats vary based on need.
• Produces associated reports and graphs monthly.
• Create and maintain templates used to support the Coding team.
• Extract and produce other analysis reports as required to support the continuous improvement efforts of Coding.
