Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst – Associate for a remote position requiring residency in Kentucky or Indiana. You will provide software, hardware, and network troubleshooting for all BHS entities and guide users through template-driven solutions.

Under supervision, you will clearly communicate solutions in a user-friendly manner and escalate issues per policy. A related Associate degree or two years of direct experience in tech/healthcare support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with one year of job-related experience or two years of direct experience in a technology or healthcare support role.
• Healthcare support experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Remote work position requiring residency in KY or IN.

Responsibilities

• Provide software, hardware, and network troubleshooting to all BHS entities.
• Diagnose questions/problems and guide users through template-driven solutions.
• Escalate issues to second level support based on guidelines and procedures.
