Job summary

Baptist Health in Louisville is seeking an Intermediate Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. Under general direction, you will train users, collect data, analyze workflows, test systems and provide hands-on end-user support via phone and on-site.

You will partner with IT and operations to align software design with clinical and administrative processes, participate in deployments and document procedures while ensuring HIPAA compliance and Meaningful Use alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and one year job-related experience, or two years' direct healthcare experience in lieu of a degree.
• Appropriate certification or licensure (if applicable) required.

Responsibilities

• Liaises between IT and operations to align system design with operational processes.
• Performs data collection, workflow analysis, testing and user training; provides elbow and phone support.
• Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation; ensures compliance with HIPAA and Meaningful Use.
