Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst – Associate for a remote role requiring residency in KY or IN. Under supervision, you will troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues for all BHS entities and guide users through template-driven solutions.

Escalate to second level support per guidelines using helpdesk tools. Preferred candidates hold an Associate degree with experience in technology or healthcare support, plus customer service exposure.

Prior healthcare support or healthcare customer support position preferred. Prior customer service experience preferred. Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred. Experience working in a customer service role preferred.
