Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) seeks an experienced IT Generalist to support the delivery, security, and continuous improvement of our technology environment.

You will oversee Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, user support, and day-to-day IT operations. The role involves coordinating with MSPs and internal teams, with a preference for candidates in the Greater St. Paul/Twin Cities, MN area, but remote or other locations may be considered based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
• Strong endpoint management and Windows OS knowledge; Intune preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for M365, apps, and collaboration tools.
• Administer M365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Azure.
• Manage endpoint compliance and device administration via Intune.
• Coordinate with MSPs and vendors on issues and projects.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and knowledge base.
• Identify process improvements through automation and standardization.
