Toyota Material Handling is seeking an IT Functional Architect - CE Field Service who will lead functional design and drive complex initiatives. You will mentor analysts, collaborate with Product Owners and IT leadership, and shape solutions for Field Service across mobile and offline scenarios.

Required are 8+ years CE Field Service experience, leadership, and deep Dynamics 365 CE expertise. This fully remote role within the United States offers strong benefits and growth opportunities with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of CE Field Service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE Field Service (Web & Mobile).
• Intimate experience with Technician Handheld devices.
• Proven experience delivering large, enterprise implementations.
• Hands-on integrations, mobile/offline capabilities, and Power Platform.
• Ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, high-visibility client environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Dynamics 365 CE Field Service expertise to the product team and drive decisions.
• Translate client requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Provide functional leadership for Field Service Mobile, including offline scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers, integration and testing teams, and client stakeholders.
• Support UAT during and after sprint completion and feedback on bugs.
• Assist in issue resolution during deployments and go-live support.
