3Core Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support budgeting, forecasting, and resource management within its enterprise technology organization. You will partner with Product Managers, finance, and IT teams to ensure projects align with budgets and financial controls.

The role spans IT Finance, Product Management, and SAFe delivery, requiring collaboration with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Remote work with quarterly travel to PA/KY/RI is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, PM, MIS or related field.
• 2–4+ years IT project coordination, PMO, or tech finance experience.
• Experience budgeting/financial planning in regulated industries.
• CapEx/OpEx management experience.
• Experience in SAFe Agile environments.
• Experience creating and maintaining financial templates and reports.
• Experience with resource allocation planning.
• Vendor invoice processing and cost reconciliation.
• Collaboration with Supply Chain or Procurement on contractor agreements.
• Direct operational/financial support to Product Managers or tech delivery leaders.
• Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Clarity, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across IT, Finance, Product Management, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for IT initiatives.
• Track expenditures vs. plans and maintain rolling forecasts.
• Manage CapEx and OpEx classifications and coordination with Finance.
• Develop and maintain financial templates, trackers, and reports.
• Support monthly reviews, accruals, and forecast adjustments.
• Partner with Product Managers to support Lean Business Cases for Epics/Features.
• Track delivery milestones and financial impacts in SAFe.
• Create and refine resource allocation plans across initiatives.
• Process vendor invoices and reconcile costs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain/Procurement on contractor agreements.
