Siemens is seeking an experienced IT Finance and Controlling professional to maximize value from IT investments. Remote from a home office in the United States, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and post‑project cost analyses across a multi‑provider IT landscape.

You will partner with IT Finance, commercial teams, and service providers to improve transparency, drive cost efficiency, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic IT decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of IT service management and financial controlling experience.
• Experience managing IT service delivery across multiple internal and external service providers.
• Experience coordinating budget planning, forecasting, and actuals reconciliation.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives or projects that improve IT financial processes, service delivery, or operational performance.
• Proficient in English both written and verbal
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Leading continuous improvement across IT finance receiver processes and the broader IT Partner organization.
• Guiding the annual budgeting cycle and periodic forecast-to-actual reconciliation, including service analysis, milestone planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and resources related to IT service provider and receiver activities.
• Serving as the primary interface for the U.S. Performance Controlling organization and establishing a sustainable model for collaboration and information exchange.
• Increasing transparency into IT service utilization to reduce waste, improve productivity, and strengthen spend management.
• Partnering with team members to automate data and visualize IT service consumption for business units and IT Partner teams.
• Providing financial analysis for IT investments, including project return on investment and post-project operating expense projections.
• Collaborating with IT Finance and commercial teams across the provider ecosystem to improve insight into services, allocations, budget and forecast assumptions, and value generation.
