Responsibilities

• Participates in solution development and system repair tasks, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation.
• Leads cross-functional teams through project planning, implementation, and completion.
• Manages project schedules and analyzes variances to ensure successful delivery.
• Establishes work plans and monitors progress against baselines.
• Coordinates with vendors and ensures SLAs are met and issues resolved.
• Provides status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Performs HR responsibilities including interviews, promotions, and performance reviews.
• Develops operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures.
