Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 7 years in information systems, solution design, systems development, implementation, and installation within a complex environment.
• Includes 3 years of management experience in project management and multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Center and Enterprise Operations, including Compute/Server, Storage & Backup, Middleware, and Monitoring.
• Own operational availability and reliability of enterprise infrastructure and services.
• Provide 24x7 operational leadership and incident response coordination across teams.
• Drive operational excellence, change, incident, and problem management, aiming for higher automation and fewer incidents.
• Oversee capacity planning, continuity, vendor management, and budget adherence for infrastructure.
• Develop the operations organization and mentor technical staff, advancing runbooks and observability.
