MT Psychiatry is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to secure, maintain, and optimize our HIPAA-compliant IT environment across on-premises and cloud infrastructure. You will support clinicians and staff, administer EHR systems, manage backups, and ensure system reliability across multiple clinical sites.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, security incident response, and effective end-user support, with a flexible hybrid schedule and travel to clinical sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on systems administration experience in healthcare or regulated industry.
• HIPAA Security Rule knowledge and healthcare IT compliance practices.
• Experience administering Windows Server Environment (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Teams).
• PowerShell scripting for automation.

Responsabilités

• Administer HIPAA security controls across systems, manage access, audit logs, and PHI encryption.
• Provide Tier 2/3 help-desk support for clinicians and staff; manage tickets and onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage on-premises and cloud (Azure/M365) infrastructure; monitor uptime and DR readiness.
• Support EHR platforms (Kipu, ICA Notes, Valant) including provisioning and upgrades; coordinate with telehealth.
• Maintain audit trails and system access logs for HIPAA compliance.
