Job summary

Jobgether seeks a proactive IT Dispatcher to coordinate service desk operations for a partner company in the United States. You will prioritize requests, allocate resources, and ensure timely resolution while serving as the main link between clients, technicians, and engineers.

Working remotely, you will manage ticket workflows in ConnectWise, provide status updates, and help maintain service levels. A strong customer-service background and MSP familiarity are preferred, with Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in customer service, dispatching, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience in a call center or MSP environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with MSP dispatching or IT service coordination is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of service requests via phone and chat with timely, accurate ticket creation.
• Triages tickets, clarifies details, and updates fields for rapid resolution.
• Assigns tickets to technicians based on urgency, skills, and SLAs.
• Communicates expected response times and resource availability to clients.
• Maintain ticket notes and ensure no request goes unresolved.
• Forecast workload and assist with staffing and after-hours coverage.
