Job summary

Geisinger in Danville seeks a senior IT leader to drive next-generation technologies and AI product strategies. You will own the product portfolio, establish engineering standards, and ensure delivery excellence across the IT organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across cybersecurity, data, privacy, and clinical teams to govern AI initiatives and enable scalable, secure solutions that align with enterprise architecture and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading application development, digital product, AI, innovation, or emerging technology functions
• Experience translating priorities into a sequenced technology portfolio
• Ability to build investment proposals and business cases for technology investments

Responsibilities

• Leads IT Next-Generation Technologies and Development, including AI products and Power Apps, establishing accountabilities and delivery standards
• Establishes IT strategy and multi-year roadmap for AI products and capabilities
• Oversees AI product lifecycle, governance, adoption, and value measurement across the enterprise
• Directs enterprise application development and Power Apps capabilities with secure, scalable delivery
• Collaborates with cybersecurity, data, privacy, and legal to ensure safe, interoperable solutions
• Builds and coaches high-performing product and engineering teams to foster experimentation and accountability
• Builds and mentors high-performing product, development, and emerging technology teams
