Job summary

Geisinger in Pennsylvania seeks a senior IT leader to oversee IT Business Relationship Management, Technology Partner, and IT Corporate Development, aligning enterprise priorities with technology strategy.

You will serve as the principal liaison between business and technology executives, translating needs into roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable IT value while driving governance, performance, and transparent reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading BRM functions.
• Minimum 14 years relevant experience.
• Reside within Geisinger's service area.

Responsibilities

• Lead BRM, Technology Partner, and IT Corporate Development teams with clear accountabilities.
• Serve as trusted strategic advisor to business and technology executives.
• Translate business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps and investment proposals.
• Participate in IT demand intake, prioritization, and governance with PMO and BMO.
• Provide visibility into the IT portfolio, risks, and delivery performance.
• Establish and monitor value measures, KPIs, and benefit realization.
• Collaborate with IT finance on budgeting and cost transparency.
• Facilitate executive governance and regular business reviews.
• Develop a high-performing team with a culture of learning.
• Improve governance processes and operating models with industry practices.
