Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Director of Information Technology to oversee internal IT systems, infrastructure, and integrations. This role reports to the CIO and combines technology planning, operational leadership, and people management to ensure secure, reliable, scalable IT services across the organization.

Key focus areas include modernization of infrastructure, vendor oversight, and alignment with healthcare privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
• Experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure, systems integration, and service desk operations.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic thinking with a track record of IT modernization and security improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal IT systems, infrastructure, integrations, and support services.
• Lead enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365 and AWS; manage vendors and licensing.
• Develop and implement IT strategy, roadmaps, and governance aligned with business goals.
• Mentor IT teams, define structure and performance goals, drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, disaster recovery planning, and information security collaboration.
