Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, Windows server 2016+, Linux).
• Familiarity with Office 365 Backend (Admin, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic planning, technology administration, and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and implement institutional strategic technology plan.
• Manage IT Support team to ensure maintenance of equipment.
