LHH is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Information Technology to lead enterprise applications, infrastructure, data analytics, cybersecurity, and business technology initiatives in a growing healthcare organization.

This executive role partners with business leaders, oversees a multi-disciplinary IT team, drives modernization, ensures security and reliability, and shapes technology strategy through actionable governance and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 5+ years of IT leadership or management experience.
• Experience leading applications, infrastructure, and business technology teams.
• SAP ECC experience.
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary IT organization.
• Build strong relationships with executive and operational business leaders.
• Establish and execute technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and security of enterprise systems.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
