Job summary

The role includes budgeting, vendor management, staff recruitment and development, and mentoring to achieve operational excellence, service delivery, and KPI tracking. A Bachelor's degree is required, with 8+ years in IT and 2+ years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years IT experience with at least 2 years in managerial/supervisory roles.
• Understanding of enterprise data management ecosystems, including data warehousing, analytics delivery, and scheduling.
• Experience leading an operations-focused IT team focused on service delivery and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT support for the assigned organizational segment.
• Develop and implement IT strategy with department, product line, or system leadership.
• Convey IT strategy to staff and ensure plans are executed.
• Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiations and evaluations.
• Develop and administer IT budget and manage spending within allocated funds.
• Recruit, develop, retain, and discipline IT staff; mentor on best practices.
