Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years in Applications development, analysis or systems engineering (or high school with 10+ years).
Experience in Applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering.
Strong banking/payments industry knowledge and experience with large modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, QA testers, contractors, and vendor partners.
Direct IT projects and product management; oversee schedules, releases, and performance tracking.
Set expectations and manage budget, staffing, and training to meet objectives and professional development.
Direct programming, analysis, testing activities, including scope, time, cost estimates, and system impact.
Ensure compliance with configuration, change controls, and security standards; provide strategic technical guidance.
