Job summary

City Electric Supply (CES) seeks a Delivery Lead within the Customer, Order Fulfillment & Sales Domain to ensure critical IT solutions are delivered in collaboration with domain teams for stakeholders across the business.

You will define an approach that follows the Global Delivery Practice, drive plans against global deliverables, and push performance using tools like JIRA, while fostering continuous improvement and strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT solutions across full SDLC.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or other SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and implement changes across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Build coordinated plans to deliver software in cross functional teams.
• Keep pulse on delivery, anticipate blockers and manage risks.
• Provide regular status updates in governance forums.
• Drive continuous improvement within Global Delivery teams.
• Support Delivery maturity within the global organization and Community of Practice.
